Unit 10



Honestly my scores did not change from unit 3 to now.  I feel that I have been working on my goals and I will continue working on my goals but I do not feel that I can give myself a better score at this time, I still have work to do. I’ve been eating healthier and have been exercising more. I haven’t been meditating or doing yoga as much as I wanted to though.  I have been trying to be more positive and I do feel less anxious and stressed. I feel this course will help me with attaining my wellness goals by setting me on the right track.  I am determined to be healthier in each domain.  Thanks to my instructor and my classmates for motivating me. Good luck to everyone with their health goals and their future.

  1. Ashley, don't worry about it if your scores didn't change. That's one of the main concepts I've learned here at Kaplan. Change is not an overnight process. It could take weeks or even months but it will come if we are persistent. Its also a lifelong journey, so we never truly stop developing. If you noticed even just slight progress then thats great! Good luck in your future goals :)

  3. Girl, I had the same response on my blog. My answers didn't change either, but I feel like I have so many tools that I didnt' have at the beginning of the course. Good job on eating healthier and exercising more! You're on the right path. Good luck as you continue on towards your goals!

      I know what you mean. I have learned a lot from this class and I will continue to use those tools to help me attain my goals.
